Dispatch service

High-Paying Load Search

Our dispatchers search thousands of available loads across multiple load boards and broker networks to find freight that matches your equipment.

Finding a load is easy. Finding the right load — one that pays well, sits near your next opportunity, and gets you home when you need to be home — takes work.

What we weigh on every load

  • Highest paying loads
  • Best RPM (rate per mile)
  • Shortest deadhead
  • Preferred lanes
  • Home time preferences
  • Weight restrictions
  • Driver Hours of Service
  • Equipment compatibility

In practice

Why this is the part that costs you money

The load boards every dispatcher uses are the same boards you can open yourself. The difference is not access, it is hours. A board refreshes constantly, the good freight is gone in minutes, and you cannot watch it while you are driving. By the time you stop, park and open the app, the loads worth taking have already been booked by someone whose whole job was watching.

We search across multiple boards and direct broker relationships at once, and we search against your actual constraints rather than against the highest number on the screen. A load paying $3.10 a mile that sits 180 deadhead miles away is worse than a $2.70 load twenty minutes from where you unload. Screening for that is most of the work.

What you get back is a shortlist, not a firehose. Two or three options with the rate, the loaded miles, the deadhead, the appointment windows and any accessorials already negotiated, so the decision takes you a minute rather than an evening.

How it runs

High-Paying Load Search, step by step

  1. 1

    Your parameters go in first

Equipment, preferred lanes, lanes you refuse, home time, weight limits and how you like to run. We search against these, not against a generic profile.

  2. 2

Boards and brokers are worked in parallel

Multiple load boards plus direct contacts. Some of the best freight never reaches a public board at all.

  3. 3

Options are screened before you see them

Deadhead, real rate per total mile, appointment feasibility against your Hours of Service, and broker credit. Anything that fails is dropped.

  4. 4

    You get a shortlist

Two or three genuine options with the numbers attached. You pick. Nothing is booked without your approval.

What carriers get wrong

The mistake: shopping on line-haul alone

Gross rate is the number brokers advertise because it is the number that sells. What determines your week is rate per TOTAL mile — loaded plus deadhead — after fuel and tolls. A carrier chasing the biggest headline number often nets less than one running slightly cheaper freight with no empty miles in front of it.

Questions

High-Paying Load Search — common questions

Which load boards do you search?

Multiple major boards plus direct broker relationships. We do not tie you to one source, because no single board has the whole market and the good freight often moves before it is posted publicly.

How many load options will I get?

Usually two or three real options rather than a long list. Screening is the job — sending you twenty loads to sort through yourself would just move the work back onto you.

Can I say no to everything you find?

Yes, and you should when nothing fits. Nothing is booked without your approval. If we keep bringing you loads you decline, that is a signal we have your parameters wrong and we will fix them.

See it before you commit to anything

We do not publish rates. The honest answer depends on your equipment, your lanes, how many trucks you run and how you like to operate — and a number posted on a page has to ignore all of that to exist at all.

What we offer instead is a free trial week. We take your operating preferences, complete your broker setups, find you a load, negotiate the rate and run the week with you. Everything described on this page is included — it is the real service, not a trimmed demonstration of it. If the week justified itself we carry on and talk terms. If not, you owe nothing and you keep the revenue from the load.

To start we need your active operating authority, a certificate of insurance and a signed W-9. With those in hand, broker carrier packets can begin the same day.
