Broker Communication
We become your primary point of contact with brokers so you can stay focused on driving.

Lane Management
We identify the most profitable freight lanes for your equipment and running preferences.
Home Time Planning
We plan freight around your schedule, not the other way around.

You work with the same dispatcher every day — someone who knows your truck and your preferences.
Equipment
What We Dispatch
Dry Van
Dry van dispatch across the USA — the highest-volume equipment type with the widest freight availability.
Reefer
Refrigerated freight dispatch — produce, protein and temperature-controlled loads nationwide.
Flatbed
Flatbed dispatch for steel, building materials, machinery and open-deck freight.
Step Deck
Step deck and drop deck dispatch for taller freight that will not clear on a standard flatbed.
Power Only
Power only dispatch — pulling shipper or broker-provided trailers without owning the box.
Box Truck
Box truck and straight truck dispatch for regional, expedited and final-mile freight.
Why carriers stay
What Actually Changes When You Have A Dispatcher
More hours driving, fewer hours on load boards
Spend your time moving freight rather than refreshing load boards and waiting for call-backs.
Aggressive Rate Negotiation
We negotiate accessorials, layovers, and detention pay on every load — details most carriers miss.
Your Dedicated Dispatcher
You work with one dispatcher who knows your truck, preferred lanes, and home-time requirements.
Paperwork & Broker Compliance
Broker setup packets, rate confirmations, and billing documents are processed in the background.
Proactive Reload Planning
We start finding and booking your next run before the current load is even unloaded.
24/7 Breakdown & Support Line
If a truck breaks down at 2 AM or a receiver closes, your dispatcher handles the broker and resolves the schedule.
The Part Most Carriers Underestimate
Most owner-operators know their gross revenue. Far fewer know their deadhead percentage — and that is usually where the money is quietly going. Two carriers running the same lanes with the same truck can differ by thousands a month purely on empty miles and accessorial pay.
That gap is the entire argument for having a dispatcher. Not just finding loads — finding the right ones and getting properly paid for them.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a freight broker?
No. We are a dispatch service working on behalf of the carrier. Freight moves under your own MC authority, we negotiate on your behalf, and you approve every load before it is booked.
Do I need my own authority?
Yes. You need active operating authority, insurance and a W-9 to work with us. If you are still setting up a new authority we can talk you through what brokers will require before you start booking.
Which states do you cover?
All 50 states. We dispatch carriers running regional and over-the-road freight throughout the continental United States.
What equipment do you dispatch?
Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only and box truck.
Am I locked into a contract?
Talk to us about terms on the first call. We would rather keep carriers because the dispatching works than because a contract says so.
Ready to keep your truck loaded?
Talk to a dispatcher today. No long-term contract, no obligation on the first call.
