Dispatch support
The offer
What the trial actually is
We find you a load, dispatch it, and handle the broker. If you are happy with how the week went, we carry on. If not, you owe us nothing.
It is not a stripped-back demonstration or a sales call dressed up as a service. You get the same dispatcher, the same load search, the same rate negotiation and the same back-office work that every carrier we dispatch receives. The only difference is that at the end of it you are under no obligation.
We do it this way because the trucking industry has a genuine trust problem, and small carriers have usually been burned before they reach us. Promises about higher rates and better lanes are cheap to make and impossible to check. A week of actual work is not.
It also keeps us honest. If we cannot find you freight worth running in a full week, we have not earned the right to ask you for anything — and you should not have to pay to discover that.
How it works
Six steps, start to finish
- 1
A short call first
Ten minutes on (859) 340-1072. Your equipment, your lanes, your home time, and what has not been working. No sales script.
- 2
Paperwork, once
Authority, insurance certificate and W-9. We complete the broker carrier packets on your behalf so you are set up to book rather than waiting on portals.
- 3
We find your load
Load boards and our broker network worked against your actual parameters, with the rate and accessorials negotiated before it reaches you.
- 4
You approve it
Nothing is booked without your say-so. You see the rate, the loaded miles, the deadhead and the appointment windows first.
- 5
We run the week with you
Broker communication, check calls, appointment coordination and paperwork collection — the full service, not a trimmed version of it.
- 6
You decide
Happy with the week? We carry on and talk terms. Not happy? You owe nothing and you keep the revenue.
Why no price list
The honest answer about cost
What a number on a page cannot tell you
A single-truck owner-operator running regional flatbed and a five-truck fleet running reefer over the road are different businesses with different workloads. A rate posted on a website has to ignore that to exist at all — which is why posted rates so often turn out to have conditions attached once you call.
What we would rather do
Show you a week, then have a straightforward conversation about terms with something concrete on the table — the loads we found, the rates we negotiated and the miles you actually ran. That is a conversation where you can tell whether the service is worth it. A price list is not.
If you want a ballpark before committing to anything at all, call (859) 340-1072 and ask. We will talk you through how dispatch pricing generally works in this industry and what tends to suit an operation like yours. There is no charge for that conversation and no obligation attached to it.
Questions
Free trial — common questions
What does the free trial actually include?
Everything a paying carrier gets. We take your operating preferences, search load boards and our broker network, negotiate the rate, book the load once you approve it, handle the broker communication and check calls, and make sure the paperwork is complete at the end. It is not a limited demonstration — it is one week of the real service.
What does it cost me if I decide not to continue?
Nothing. That is the entire point of running it this way. You keep the revenue from the load, we part on good terms, and there is no invoice.
Why do you not publish your rates?
Because the honest answer depends on your operation — your equipment, your lanes, how many trucks and how you like to run. Rather than post a number that may not apply to you, we would rather show you a week of the work and then talk about terms with something real to discuss.
Is there a contract to sign for the trial?
You will need a dispatch agreement in place so we can represent you to brokers, and we need your authority, insurance certificate and W-9 to complete carrier packets. None of that commits you to continuing afterwards.
What do you need from me to start?
Active operating authority, a certificate of insurance, a signed W-9 and a conversation about how you like to run — lanes you want, lanes you avoid, and when you need to be home. Once we have those, broker setups can begin the same day.
How many loads will I get in the trial week?
As many as the week and your Hours of Service allow. We are not going to promise a number in advance — anyone who does is guessing. What we commit to is working the week properly rather than booking whatever is nearest to look busy.
What if the trial week goes badly?
Sometimes a week is quiet, or a load goes wrong for reasons nobody controls. If that happens we will tell you plainly rather than dress it up, and you decide. We would rather lose a carrier honestly than keep one on a misleading first impression.
Next
Before you call
Having these to hand makes the first conversation much faster: your MC number, your equipment type and how many trucks you run, the lanes or regions you prefer, and whether you use a factoring company. If you are still setting up a new authority, say so — we work with new authorities regularly and the first ninety days need a different approach.
Your first load is on us
One week of full dispatch service. Continue only if you are satisfied.
