What we are

A dispatch service, not a broker

The distinction matters more than it sounds. A freight broker arranges transportation and works for the shipper — their margin comes from the gap between what the shipper pays and what the carrier accepts. We work for you. Freight moves under your own operating authority, you approve every load before it is booked, and our job is to get you the best rate available rather than the cheapest one.

Whether you are an owner-operator with one truck or managing a small fleet, we act as your dedicated logistics partner. The same dispatcher every day, who knows your lanes, your equipment, your preferred brokers and when you need to be home — so you are not re-explaining your business to a stranger every morning.

We are not a compliance consultancy and we do not act as your legal or safety advisor. Regulatory compliance remains the carrier's responsibility. What we do is help monitor deadlines and keep documentation in order so nothing lapses quietly while you are on the road.

The people on your account

Meet our dispatch team

You are assigned one dispatcher who learns how you run — your equipment, your preferred lanes, the receivers you would rather avoid and when you need to be home. These are the people who will be working your truck.

How we work

What changes when you have a dispatcher

Save time

More hours driving and resting, fewer hours refreshing load boards between deliveries.

Maximise revenue

Rates negotiated on every load — line-haul and the accessorials most carriers forget to claim.

Reduce stress

Broker calls, paperwork, appointments and check calls handled at our end rather than yours.

Professional representation

Consistent, professional broker communication is what turns a one-off booking into repeat freight.

Business growth

The goal is not just to keep your truck moving — it is to help you run a more profitable operation.

Always reachable

Transportation never sleeps. Neither does support for breakdowns, weather and last-minute changes.

Questions

About us — common questions

Are you a freight broker?

No. We are a dispatch service and we work for you, the carrier. A broker works for the shipper and arranges transportation as a principal. We never take possession of freight — every load moves under your own operating authority, and you approve each one before it is booked.

Where are you based?

Our office is at 669 S 39th St, Louisville, KY 40211. Louisville is one of the most significant logistics hubs in the country and sits within a day's drive of a majority of the US population, which is exactly why so much distribution capacity is located here.

Do you only dispatch carriers in Kentucky?

No. We dispatch carriers running in all 50 states. Where you are domiciled matters far less than your equipment, your authority and the lanes you want to run.

How experienced is your dispatch team?

Our four dispatch staff bring more than 35 years of combined experience across dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only and box truck freight. You are assigned one dispatcher who stays with your account rather than a rotating queue.

What does it cost to work with you?

We do not publish rates. We would rather show you the service first — we offer a free trial week where we find and dispatch a load for you, and you only continue if you are satisfied with how it went.
