Talk to a Dispatcher
Call us directly or leave your details and we will call you back. Either way there is no charge for the first conversation and no obligation afterwards.
The fastest way to get a straight answer is to call. Most of what you want to know — whether we cover your lanes, what the freight looks like on your equipment right now, how quickly we could get your broker setups done — is a five-minute conversation rather than a form submission and a wait.
There is no charge for that call and no obligation attached to it. If we are not the right fit for how you run, we will say so. We would rather lose a conversation than start a relationship on a misunderstanding about what we do.
If you would rather not call, leave your details and a dispatcher will come back to you. Either way, the next step is the same: a free trial week where we find and dispatch a load for you, and you decide afterwards whether to continue.

What happens next
After you get in touch
- 1
We call you back
Usually within the same working day, and outside hours if you tell us that suits you better. A dispatcher, not a call centre reading from a script.
- 2
We ask about your operation
Equipment, authority status, the lanes you want and the ones you avoid, how many trucks, whether you factor, and when you need to be home. Ten minutes, and it shapes everything that follows.
- 3
We tell you honestly whether we fit
If your freight profile is not something we can serve well, we will say so on that call rather than sign you up and disappoint you in week two.
- 4
Paperwork, once
Active operating authority, a certificate of insurance and a signed W-9. With those in hand we can start completing broker carrier packets the same day.
- 5
Your free trial week starts
We find you a load, negotiate the rate, dispatch it and run the week with you. You continue only if it justified itself — and if not, you owe nothing.
Common questions
Before you call
Do I need my own authority? Yes. You need active operating authority, insurance and a W-9 to work with us. If you are still in the process of setting one up, call anyway — we will tell you what brokers will require once you are live, so the paperwork is ready rather than started from scratch on day one.
Are you a freight broker? No. We are a dispatch service and we work for you, the carrier. Freight moves under your own operating authority, we never take possession of it, and you approve every load before it is booked.
What does it cost? We do not publish rates, because the honest answer depends on how you run. We would rather show you a week of the actual service and then have a straightforward conversation about terms with something real on the table.
Which states do you cover? All fifty. Where you are domiciled matters far less than your equipment, your authority and the lanes you want to run.
What equipment do you dispatch? Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only and box truck. Each is a different market with its own brokers, rate structure and seasonal pattern, and we work them differently rather than treating freight as one undifferentiated pool.
Am I locked into a contract? You will need a dispatch agreement in place so we can represent you to brokers, but the trial week commits you to nothing beyond it. We would rather keep carriers because the dispatching works than because a contract says so.
Can you help if I already have freight lined up? Yes. Plenty of carriers come to us with one or two direct customers and want help filling the rest of the week, or want the paperwork and broker calls handled while keeping their own freight. We work around what already works.
