Our process

From on-boarding to payment

  1. 1

    Carrier on-boarding

We collect your authority, insurance, W-9 and operating preferences — the lanes you like, the ones you avoid, your equipment and when you need to be home.

  2. 2

    Load search & negotiation

We search load boards and broker networks for freight that fits, then negotiate the rate and accessorials before bringing it to you.

  3. 3

    Load confirmation

You review and approve. Nothing books without your say-so. Then we handle the rate confirmation and appointment setup.

  4. 4

    Trip management

We coordinate appointments, run check calls to brokers and receivers, and deal with delays, reroutes and problems while you drive.

  5. 5

    Delivery & documentation

We confirm delivery and collect the paperwork — signed POD, BOL, lumper receipts — so nothing is missing when it is time to invoice.

  6. 6

    Payment support

We organise documents for invoicing or factoring submission so you get paid as quickly as the broker terms allow.

What you keep

What does not change

None of this takes control away from you. Freight moves under your own operating authority, you approve every load before it is booked, and you decide which lanes you will and will not run. We are not a broker and we never take possession of your freight.

What changes is who does the work around the driving. The load search happens while you are on the road rather than after it. The broker calls come to us. The paperwork is collected as it happens instead of accumulating above the visor. The next load is being lined up before the current one delivers.

The first time through, the on-boarding step is the only part that takes real effort from you — gathering your authority, insurance certificate and W-9. After that the process runs in the background and you mostly see it as loads arriving with the numbers already attached.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can I start?

Once we have your authority, insurance and W-9, broker setups can usually begin the same day. How fast you book your first load depends mostly on how quickly individual brokers process their packets.

Do I have to accept every load you find?

No. We bring you options with the rate, miles and deadhead. You approve or decline. Nothing is booked without your agreement.

Who talks to the brokers?

We do. We become the primary point of contact for pickup and delivery updates, appointment changes, delays and rate issues, so you are not fielding calls while driving.

What happens if something goes wrong mid-trip?

You call us. Breakdowns, weather, missed appointments, receiver problems — we handle the broker communication and reschedule what needs rescheduling.

Starting out

The first week is free

You do not have to commit to anything to see whether this works. We run the whole process above for a full week at no charge — on-boarding, load search, rate negotiation, trip management, documentation and payment support. Everything.

We do it this way because promises about better rates and better lanes are cheap to make and impossible to verify from a website. A week of actual work is not. If it justified itself we carry on and talk terms. If not, you owe nothing and you keep the revenue from the load.

The only part that takes real effort from you is the first step. Gathering your operating authority, insurance certificate and W-9 takes an afternoon. After that the process runs in the background and you mostly experience it as loads arriving with the numbers already attached.
