Why it pays for itself
Same truck, same lanes, different week
Running it yourself
- Load boards refreshed between deliveries, when you should be resting
- Rates accepted rather than negotiated, because the clock is running
- Accessorials — detention, TONU, lumper — often never invoiced at all
- Broker calls landing while you are driving
- Reload started after you unload, not before
With a dedicated dispatcher
- Freight searched while you drive, options waiting when you stop
- Every rate negotiated — line-haul and the accessorials attached to it
- Detention, layover, TONU and lumper claimed as a matter of routine
- Brokers call us, not you
- Next load lined up before the current one delivers
Most owner-operators know their gross. Far fewer know their deadhead percentage — and that is usually where the money is quietly going. Two carriers running the same lanes with the same truck can differ by thousands a month on empty miles and accessorial pay alone.

Questions
Dispatch services — common questions
Do I have to use all ten services?
They are not add-ons — every carrier we dispatch gets all of them as one service. You will lean on some more than others depending on how you run, but nothing here is billed separately.
Do you book loads without asking me?
No. We bring you options with the rate, the miles and the deadhead, and you approve before anything is booked. You keep control of what your truck runs.
Are you a freight broker?
No. We are a dispatch service and we work for you, the carrier. Freight moves under your own MC authority. A broker works for the shipper; we negotiate against them on your behalf.
What if I already have loads lined up?
Then we work around them. Plenty of carriers come to us with one or two regular customers and want help filling the rest of the week, or want the paperwork and broker calls handled while they keep their own freight.
How fast can you get me moving?
Once we have your authority, insurance and W-9 we can start broker setups the same day. Call (859) 340-1072 and we will tell you honestly what your first week would look like.
